2. You will be contacted by a HVCB staff member within one business day. Our local knowledge helps us match your request to the most appropriate venues & suppliers.
3. You will then be contacted by representatives of those venues & suppliers with relevant information and quotation.
4. You should then be able to make up a short list of venues you might like to inspect. HVCB welcomes the opportunity to co-ordinate and host a site inspection tour at a mutually convenient time.

Please note HVCB is a not-for-profit organisation. Any venue finding that we assist with is recorded in our database to report back to members and government. By submitting an enquiry you agree to advise the HVCB of the venue you confirm for your event.
