Hunter Valley Cooking School
This is a hands on class and all dishes are cooked from scratch using local produce. Recipes are provided and the dishes you prepare, you will enjoy as a three course lunch/dinner.
Please note the minimum booking is 8 people travelling together as a group. Larger groups can also be catered for. Prior bookings essential.

You will be met by our Cellar Door staff and taken on a Vineyard Inspection followed by a cinema experience on how wine is made and then a taste and tutorial at our Cellar Door
Cooking School begins...
- Our Executive Chef will guide you step-by-step through a three course menu.
- During this time you will be able to ask all those questions you’ve always wanted know the answer to when it comes to tips and tricks in the kitchen.
