* Should you need to cancel or modify your booking please note that any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room choice for your reservation is subject to our availability at the time the change is requested.
* If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no penalty will apply.
* If cancelled or modified 14 to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
* If cancelled or modified within 7 days or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

*Tocal is 180 km North of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. It is 14 km North of Maitland on the Paterson/Dungog road. Nearest large railway station is Maitland. The Newcastle Airport is located at Williamtown, 50 minutes from Tocal.*By car, take the New England Highway to Maitland. If travelling from Williamtown airport, turn right out of the airport and go to Maitland via Hexham. Follow the road signs to Hexham (not Newcastle). *If travelling from Sydney drive to the end of the M1 and turn left toward Maitland. *Approaching Maitland from Singleton, go straight through the roundabout at Hungry Jacks/Horseland. Turn left at the next roundabout and follow the signs to Paterson/Dungog. *Approaching from Newcastle/Hexham, go along the New England Highway through East Maitland to Maitland. Turn right at the first roundabout and follow the signs to Paterson/Dungog.*Once at Maitland, follow the signs through Maitland to Paterson - cross the Hunter River at Lorn, and continue towards Paterson. Tocal Agricultural Centre is 12.5km from Lorn.*The Barracks can be accessed via the Tocal Homestead which is 1.5kms past the Tocal College gates. Accessibility will depend on your check in time and instructions on these will be sent to you at time of booking.
