This winter, Muse Restaurant invites guests to celebrate 15 years with a special Winter Dinner Series.
At the gateway to the Hunter Valley wine country, Muse Restaurant has earned its reputation as the special occasion, ‘big night out’ in the region. Offering sleek and professional service with just the right touch of old-school charm.
Led by Chef/Owner Troy Rhoades-Brown, Muse Restaurant has consistently set the standard for refined and delicious food, driven by a commitment to showcasing the best produce of the region. Behind the scenes Troy, an independent business owner, has guided Muse through the ebbs and flows of the ever-changing restaurant industry.
Since opening its doors at the young age of 24 with his former wife Megan, Troy has continued to nurture Muse into a culinary institution that thrives to this day.
Beyond serving an exceptional dining experience, Muse plays a vital role in the region by helping drive visitation, providing a training ground for aspiring chefs and Front of House staff, and championing local small producers. Troy’s palpable passion for both the kitchen and the vegetable garden fuels the kitchen’s creativity. The excitement of restaurant services and the calmness of the vegetable garden is how Troy finds balance, passion and longevity in what he does. It results in dishes that are not only delicious but also deeply rewarding to create and serve alongside head chef Mitchell Beswick.
To mark this significant milestone, Muse Restaurant is honoured to welcome a line-up of top Australian chefs to their kitchen. From renowned establishments: Pipit Restaurant, Shell House, Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Firedoor, Bathers’ Pavilion, Ormeggio at The Spit, Aria Restaurant, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar and EXP Restaurant, these chefs have inspired Troy and Muse over the years.
Across three evenings, each dinner will showcase a dynamic collaboration between three guest chefs and Muse. Guests will be treated to a selection of snacks and a glass of champagne on arrival before indulging in a four-course menu, where each chef will present a course expertly paired with some of the Hunter Valley’s most iconic wines.
The Winter Dinner Series promises to be a vibrant celebration of talent, creativity, and industry camaraderie.
Join Muse Restaurant this winter as they raise a glass to 15 years.
The dinners are scheduled to take place on June 1st, July 13th, and August 10th, with limited seats available for each. Reservations can be made at musedining.com.au from April 1st.
