The Smelly Deli, located at Pokolbin Village, is the original Smelly Cheese Shop store opened in 2004. This store is the home of the first Fromagerie (aka walk in cheese room) in the Hunter Valley. The Smelly Deli is also the first location in the Hunter Valley to make and sell Gelato which is made onsite usually traditional Italian recipes.
