Their idyllic, panoramic property located in Pokolbin is surrounded by cattle fields, rows of vineyards and is rich in Hunter Valley history. Focusing exclusively on estate-grown fruit, Parched Crow showcases only the best of what the region has to offer.

The wine portfolio ranges from Semillon, Chardonnay and Rose, to Shiraz, Shiraz Nouveau, Muscat and Moscato.
