ABOUT US
Located in the heart of the Hunter Valley, the accredited Hunter Valley Visitor Information Centre is the premier destination to fulfil visitor needs. Our aim is to provide first class visitor services, inspiration and booking of the region's diverse attractions and experiences.
Open seven days a week, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to assist in creating the perfect visitor itinerary and aid with bookings for accommodation, dining, tours, attractions, cellar doors and experiences.
The Centre's Gift Shop hosts an excellent range of local products including award-winning produce, handmade goods, artisan products and Hunter Valley souvenirs. It also has a range of authentic local Indigenous products and artworks for purchase. Gifts can also be purchased online through our newly launched online shop - Shop Hunter Valley.
Visitors to the Centre can partake in a tasting of local wines from the Small Family Wineries tasting counter Lovedale Café is also located on-site and is open for light breakfast, morning tea and lunch.

- Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Sunday and Public Holidays 9:00am - 4:00pm
- Closed Christmas Day
