A ‘POP-UP’ EVENT AT THE OLD CLARE HOTEL, CHIPPENDALE
Troy and the team at Muse Restaurant will be celebrating their 10th Anniversary at Chippendale’s The Old Clare Hotel, bringing our Hunter Valley dining experience to Sydney for one week.
Muse Restaurant is moving to the Old Clare Hotel Sydney for one week to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary. We are proud and excited to be reaching this milestone. Running a large regional fine dining restaurant is extremely hard. Growing and improving successfully for a decade is amazing and we are keen to celebrate.
Our aim is to bring the absolute best of the Hunter Valley. Unique local produce, some outstanding iconic wines and serve some old and new Muse Restaurant favourites.
We will be opening upstairs at The Old Clare Hotel in Chippendale, from Wednesday 6th through till Sunday 10th of March for dinner.
Chef/Owner Troy Rhoades-Brown and Head Chef Mitchell Beswick will be manning the open kitchen with Restaurant Manager Lydia McNaughton, head Sommelier Stephane Pommier and Functions Manager Renee Foster on the floor.
Tickets go on sale from the 24th of January with a set 5 course menu. Optional wine pairing, accommodation and parking available.

• 5 course tasting menu - $165 per person
• Wine match - $120 per person
“It’s a celebration of 10 years regional fine dining for Muse Restaurant. I was 24 years old when we opened the doors and with every year we have improved and grown stronger at what we do.
The majority of our guests have been commuting Sydney siders so it’s our turn to visit. Dishes will include our Semillon verjuice with Lovedale finger limes over Port Stephens oysters. Wood fired local heritage birds and our sweet corn polenta. We will be showing some unique ingredients from Newcastle greens and a wonderful selection of ingredients from small family producers along the Hunter River.
We want the wines to play a special part of this one-week event. Wines by the pour and pairing will be an outstanding line up of iconic Australian wines from the Hunter Valley. We’ve had to reach deep into some of the great wine families personal cellars to pull a few cases that simply can’t be bought”.

• Reservations are secured through a pre-ticket purchase, payment is due upon booking
