Midweek, we are as flexible as possible, and we like to tailor make the day to suit the guests that we have onboard. On weekends, we generally run at capacity, so our itineraries are tailored to suit the group size. This ensures we receive optimum service from the cellar doors we visit. Tasting fees at our selected wineries are included.
