Wandin Estate

Wandin Estate is situated in the Lovedale area of the lower Hunter Valley, producing wines of premium quality which are exclusively available at Cellar Door. It is a unique destination for visitors encompassing vineyards, villa accommodation, conferencing venues suitable for both weddings and events, our cricket oval, a cellar door and restaurant all in a beautiful natural setting home to native wildlife, kangaroos and birds.

The Estate is home to Wandin Kitchen with Executive Chef Tim Richardson at the helm, producing a locally sourced fresh and casual lunch and dinner from quality local produce that is supported by his thriving kitchen garden for his herbs and garnishes.

Bookings essential to avoid disappointment. Friday to Sunday breakfast from 9am, Lunch from Midday, Thursday to Sunday inclusive. Dinner from at 6pm for Friday and Saturday.

Villa accommodation is varied in sizes and is set amongst the vineyards including access to the swimming pool and tennis court; and our purpose built function centre, the Cricketers Pavilion overlooks our country cricket ground.

The Wandin Cellar Door is open everyday from 10am. Bookings of 8 or more must book for a comprehensive tasting of a wide range of our wines. Visit our friendly & knowledgeable cellar door staff to experience firsthand, quality classic Hunter wines ranging from sparkling wines, rose and a wide range of white and red wines to suit everyone.  Wines are exclusively available through Cellar Door and online.

We were blown away with our dining experience at Wandin Valley. Amazing service, delicious food and a lovely ambience. Nestled in gorgeous Australia Bush this is a wonderful gem of a restaurant. Highly recommend the sourdough scallops and duck.
