Mercer Spring Fiesta

Join Alison, Aaron and the Mercer team for a Mediterranean Fiesta as part of our roving Spring Lunch. A Grand Paella from Chef Nick Vivian, live music and a walk through our favourite gourmet countries of the world. Bring your friends for a celebration of Spring weather, great food and (of course) the wine speaks for itself!

We decided on a Mediterranean Fiesta because we love travelling and often explore varieties from Spain and Italy. It's going to be such delicious celebration to replicate what we love about dining in those places - shared food, cooking for the love of it, lots of wine & sun.
