One of our most popular events, Dining Under the Stars returns to kick off the long weekend with a unique and intimate open-air dining experience.

The stunning Margan courtyard will be transformed into a magical setting, draped in twinkling fairly lights with serene live music provided by the talented Anna Weatherup. Our kitchen team will delight guests with a seasonally inspired tasting menu, featuring regional cuisine and beautiful fresh produce from the Margan Kitchen Garden and Orchard. There will, of course, be an eclectic selection of incredible wines on offer, including some special drops from Margan's own award-winning sustainably farmed vineyards.
