PLUMM Stemware Masterclass: Discover how the right glass can transform your wine experience. Our PLUMM expert will demonstrate how their varietal-specific stemware, crafted from fine European crystal, enhances our reserve wines the complexity and depth of flavour.

Winemaker's Insights: Brett Woodward, our head winemaker, will guide you through a tasting of our Alessandro and Maria Reserve new releases and carefully aged cellar gems, revealing the stories behind each bottle.

Gourmet Long Table Lunch: Indulge in a delicious feast by Chef Jonathan Heath, paired with our Alessandro and Maria Reserve new and cellar release wines.

To Start your day, enjoy a masterclass hosted by Plumm Stemware - Australia's first glassware brand designed for specific wine styles, their range of stemware is produced from the highest quality European crystal, designed to be enjoyed every day. and discover how to get the best out of your wine by using the correct wine glass. 

Followed by a long banquet style lunch prepared by Jonathan Heath, designed to showcase the Alessandro Reserve range of Saddler's Creek Wines.
